Here's My Story

18 years in the Navy taught me one thing: help people navigate transitions.

You know that feeling when you're researching franchise opportunities and everyone's trying to sell you something?

The brochures are beautiful. The income claims sound amazing. The consultant is very enthusiastic.

But something feels off.

You can't quite put your finger on it, but it feels like they're more interested in closing a deal than actually helping you make the right decision.

Yeah. I hate that too.

I'm Luncy. I spent 18 years in the Navy, and my job was simple: help people.

Plain and simple.

I helped people transition from civilian to military. From one duty station to another. From one chapter of their life to the next.

My job was to make those transitions as smooth as possible, to look out for their blind spots and, with my experience, help them see problems before they became problems.

But after going from one duty station to another, one deployment to the next, one system to another. I realized I was on a hamster wheel with no end in sight.

So I decided to jump off and take the leap into business ownership.

Here's what excited me about franchises: I wouldn't have to figure everything out from scratch. I'd get proven systems, comprehensive training, ongoing support, and a roadmap that thousands of others had already followed successfully. It was the closest thing to a smooth transition I could find.

But when I started actually researching franchise opportunities, I hit a wall.

The consultants weren't asking about my skills. They weren't showing me the real financials. They were pushing whatever paid them the highest commission, not what actually fit my background.

I watched people around me, smart, capable people, buy businesses they weren't suited for. Leaders who'd managed complex operations getting sold "simple" franchises that required skills they'd never developed. People losing their nest eggs on opportunities that looked perfect in the sales pitch but fell apart six months after opening.

And I thought: This is backwards.

Franchises are supposed to make the transition easier. That's the whole point. But these consultants were making it harder by prioritizing their commissions over the right fit.

There had to be a better way.

What I Built Instead

SyncRevenue exists because I believe in what franchises should be: a smoother path to business ownership.

But only if you choose the right one. And only if someone's actually looking out for your blind spots.

I don't care about selling you a franchise. I care about helping you buy the right franchise or telling you if franchise ownership isn't the right move at all.

Here's how I actually work:

I start by understanding you. Not your resume. Not your bank account. You. What are you actually good at? What do you enjoy? What drives you crazy? Because if you hate managing people, I'm not going to sell you a business that requires hiring 20 employees.

I show you the real numbers. Not the marketing materials. The actual Item 19 financial disclosures. The stuff buried in the franchise disclosure document. The truth about what existing owners are making or not making.

I tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. If an opportunity is wrong for you, I'll say so. Even if it costs me money. Because my reputation is worth more than any single commission.

Why This Matters to You

You're not looking for another salesperson.

You're looking for someone who will tell you the truth. Someone who understands that buying a business is one of the biggest financial decisions of your life. Someone who won't disappear after you sign the papers.

I'm building my business on one simple idea: If I help you succeed, I succeed.

That's it.

No tricks. No pressure tactics. No glossy brochures hiding ugly realities.

Just honest analysis, real data, and a commitment to finding opportunities that actually fit who you are and what you're trying to build.

Let's Figure This Out Together

I don't know if franchise ownership is right for you.

But I know how to help you figure it out.

We'll look at your background. We'll talk about your goals. We'll analyze opportunities that might actually work. And if nothing fits, I'll tell you that too.

This is a free service. I'm compensated by franchisors when you find the right match. Which means I only win when you win.

And that's exactly how it should be.
