The initial training program covers Sales Training (20 hours classroom, 20 hours on-the-job), Administration and Operations Training (20 hours classroom, 20 hours on-the-job), and Installation Training (20 hours classroom, 20 hours on-the-job). Training is conducted in Florida, Virginia, or another designated location. Franchisees or their Designated Business Manager must attend and successfully complete the training.
