The initial franchise fee is $19,900 (with a 10% discount for qualifying veterans), plus startup costs for equipment, training, and initial marketing. The total investment ranges from $34,000 to $42,000, which includes everything needed to launch - from inspection tools to working capital for your first few months. Ongoing fees include a royalty of 7% of monthly revenue (minimum 280, waived first 6 months) and a 4% marketing fund contribution. There's also a 425 monthly technology fee that covers your inspection software and business management tools.
