What Is 1-800-Packouts?
1-800-Packouts is the National Packout Company. When a home or office has experienced some sort of disaster, whether it be a fire or flood, our crews get to work. We are called in to expertly inventory all affected items and pack them out. We then take them back to our locations where we clean and restore all items than can/need to be. We then have climate-controlled and secure storage that the items remain in until the property owner is ready for them all to be returned. Once that happens, we take the items back to the property and return them to where they originally were.
As a 1-800-Packouts owner, you'll run a specialized restoration logistics operation. Your crews respond to calls from insurance companies and property managers after fires, floods, or other disasters. The work involves carefully cataloging damaged items, packing them out of the affected property, and transporting them to your facility for cleaning and restoration. Your revenue comes from both emergency response jobs and ongoing storage fees while properties are being rebuilt. You'll manage relationships with insurance adjusters and restoration contractors while overseeing your warehouse operations and pack-out crews. The business requires a commercial facility with climate-controlled storage space, specialized cleaning equipment, and a fleet of vehicles for item transport.
