HR provides the Franchise Management Training Program (FMTP) to the franchisee, Operating Principal, General Manager, and 6 other employees at no additional cost if completed within 2 years of signing the Franchise Agreement. Additional employees can attend for a nonrefundable Training Fee of $500 per person per week. A 10-Day Operations Overview may be required for 10% Owners, with a nonrefundable fee of up to $500 per person. Opening Training Support from an All-Star Team is provided for the first (or first two) Franchised Restaurants, with estimated reimbursement fees ranging from $32,000 to $70,000.
