Ongoing fees include a 7% monthly royalty on gross revenues and a 2% ad fund contribution. There's also a technology fee of $750 monthly and a local advertising requirement of $6,000 per quarter. Beyond your initial investment, you'll pay a 7% royalty on gross sales plus a 2% of Gross Revenues marketing contribution. The true monthly cost of ownership includes additional fees most buyers don't account for until they're already in.
